Tracey Mason Blasi is a Gwinnett native. She attended South Gwinnett High School where she worked
her junior and senior years for one of Gwinnett's oldest law firms, Webb, Fowler, & Tanner. "They really
inspired me to pursue a legal career," Blasi says.
After high school, Blasi went on to earn a bachelors
degree from the University of North Carolina and her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law.
A
legal career was a natural step for Blasi - two great grandfathers had served as sheriffs in Gwinnett, her father had been
a state legislator, and her uncle a Chairman of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. Practicing law in real estate-related
areas was also a natural progression, since Blasi had grown up in a family of real estate developers. Her first opportunity
to practice real estate law was as an associate with Andersen, Davidson & Tate, PC.
Today, she has broadened
the scope of her own firm. Hard work, community, and family are some of the factors that have contributed to her success.
In addition to her legal obligations, Blasi has continued in the family tradition of staying active in local civic
and charitable organizations. She serves or has served on the board of directors for the Council for Quality Growth,
the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce, the Gwinnett Coalition for Health and Human Resources, the Community Foundation for
Northeast Georgia, among other organizations. She is the co-founder of United Way's Women's Legacy in Gwinnett,
is a Leadership Gwinnett graduate, and is President of the Rotary Club of Gwinnett.
Blasi is certified as
a Mediator and an Arbitrator by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and has been chosen by that organization to assit
in training others. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Gwinnett
County Bar Association
